'Lachesism' is a desire to be struck by disaster, 'a hunger for chaos'. A sense of feeling far more present and alive after a near death experience. Catering to the hunger we have designed in a group of three, a garment which is an embellished thermoformed acrylic corset which is paired with shorts and garter belt and thigh high boots with never ending buckle adornment. As a hood we have a deployable structure with cove lighting as a weapon or defence mechanism for when the catastrophe occurs.
