The rapid growth in urbanisation and digital lifestyles has created a disconnect from the natural world. It feels therapeutic to spend some time in the lap of nature and beauty. This desire gives birth to Urban Oasis where green plays the most soothing and restful colour, it replenishes, energises and nourishes our minds and bodies. Stiff and cold urban structures are being transformed into calming green oases. Deep woodland greens with dusty rose adds opulent comfort to heavy luxe fabrics. Floral patterns and jagged wooden textures that mimic nature provide a rich indulgent feel and replenish the ‘natural deficit’.
